愛媛の郷土菓子だという「志ぐれ」をいただく。
いままで食べたことがないような、食感。
もち米と羊羹を混ぜて蒸しあげた感じかしら、と思いググってみると
まさにそれでした。(笑)
非常に上品な甘さで、おいしかったです。
すてきなものをご馳走さまでした！

Feel wonder listed steamed Rice cake mixed with redbeans jelly,
so I check to google…
Did just that. (^_^).
In a very elegant sweetness is delicious.
